Refund policy

RETURNS

Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or credited. All vibes have a one year warranty. If item is faulty we will provide you with a return envelope. Please return to 15/67 Doubleview Drive, Elanora, Gold Coast 4221 with the charger, description of the issue, return address and contact details. A replacement or a refund will be organised depending of which you prefer. 

If you're not home

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post should take your parcel back to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will normally leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery from your local Post Office, at your convenience. Your package will look like any other everyday Australia Post package, it will carry no indication of us being an adult store, and you will not need to mention us in order to pick-up your package.

If your parcel does not arrive

Whilst we do the best we can to ensure safe and secure delivery of parcels, once a parcel is accepted by Australia Post delivery of the item is out of our control. Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please get in touch with us for a tracking/parcel number. This number can be used when you lodge a query with Australia Post.

If your parcel is returned to us

If you haven't collected your parcel or have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, we can send it back to you at your expense. Alternatively, the package can be collected from the store.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ladylibido.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ladylibido.com.au and send your item to: 15/67 Doubleview drive, Elanora QLD 4221, Australia.
