Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or credited. All vibes have a one year warranty. If item is faulty we will provide you with a return envelope. Please return to 7 Wildlife Road, Jubilee Pocket, Airlie Beach QLD. Please describe the issue, add a return address and contact details.  A replacement or a refund will be organised depending of which you prefer. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ladylibido.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)
