SHIPPING

Complimentary Standard Tracked Shipping for all domestic orders over $50. For all orders under $50 standard domestic tracked shipping is $8.00. Items will generally be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you order over the weekend or after 3.00pm on Friday, you may not receive your items until Tuesday- Thursday the following week. You have the option to upgrade to Express for $11. For handmade items please allow 3 days processing time.

International shipping is $16AUD for International Standard Tracked please allow 6-10 working days for delivery. You have the option to upgrade to Express for $26AUD. 

What will my parcel look like?

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post in discreet packaging from 7 Wildlife Road, Jubilee Pocket, Airlie Beach QLD. Your items will be gift wrapped in a silk drawstring bag then bubble wrapped to ensure safe arrival.

If you're not home

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post should take your parcel back to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will normally leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery from your local Post Office, at your convenience. Your package will look like any other everyday Australia Post package, it will carry no indication of us being an adult store, and you will not need to mention us in order to pick-up your package.

If your parcel does not arrive

Whilst we do the best we can to ensure safe and secure delivery of parcels, once a parcel is accepted by Australia Post delivery of the item is out of our control. Should your parcel not be delivered to the address you entered for shipping, and it is not at your local post office for collection, please get in touch with us for a tracking/parcel number. This number can be used when you lodge a query with Australia Post. Alternately we can lodge a case on your behalf. 

If your parcel is returned to us

If you haven't collected your parcel or have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us and we can send it back to you once we have the correct address.
